Join Our Team

We are seeking a Program Coordinator, Women Entrepreneurship Program to plan, implement and support initiatives designed to empower women entrepreneurs at various stages of business development. The Program Coordinator would be responsible for coordinating program activities, participant support, managing partnerships and ensuring effective delivery of training, mentorship and networking opportunities. Working closely with community partners, and stakeholders to promote growth and remove barriers to entrepreneurship for women. This is a Full-Time Hybrid Contract position (Pending Funding) based out of the Avalon Region with travel requirements. 


Job Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Business/Commerce or related field of study
  • Minimum two years' experience working in a Program Coordinator position or support role
  • Firsthand knowledge or experience of entrepreneurship is considered an asset
  • Knowledge of community, private and government resources available to entrepreneurs
  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
  • Criminal Records Check and Vulnerable Sectors Checks are reviewed on an individual basis
