Full Job Description
We are a small, woman-owned cleaning company based in South Delta. We are currently looking for cleaning team members to grow our business within the South Delta community.
This is a part time or full time position.
About the role:
- Daytime shifts, Monday–Friday, mostly 9:00AM–5:00 PM
- Training pay: BC minimum wage ($18.25/hr) for the first 3 weeks
- Certified pay: $22.80/hr once training is complete and the team member is certified
- Local work only — no long commutes or tunnel traffic
- Mileage and travel time paid for those who drive; transportation to clients covered for those who don't drive but live locally (equipment provided and maintained)
Additional opportunities:
- Evening and weekend office cleaning shifts also available (requires own transportation)
- Room to grow into Trainer or Team Lead roles within the cleaning team
Physical requirements:
This role requires physical lifting and bending and involves fast-paced, repetitive movements throughout shifts. Please share this with candidates for whom this would be a good physical fit.
