Privacy Policy

This policy applies to personal information collected through:

• The Untapped Talent website and user accounts
• Forms, support requests, and communications you send us, including forms built using Formcrafts
• Community forum access through Circle
• Third party tools accessed through Untapped Talent, including Absorb LMS, Jobscan, and eSkill
• Payment processing through Stripe
• Optional marketing communications where you opt in

Untapped Talent is built on Salesforce, and personal information collected through the platform is stored and managed within CCRW’s Salesforce environment, with appropriate security controls in place. This policy does not apply to third party sites once you leave Untapped Talent, or to information third parties collect directly under their own privacy policies. 

We collect personal information that you choose to provide and information generated through your use of the platform.

Information you provide:

• Account information such as name and email address
• Profile information you choose to share
• Information you submit through forms, including the Contact Us form
• Content you submit in community spaces, where enabled

Information we collect automatically:

• Technical information needed to operate the site, such as basic device and browser information and general usage data

We aim to collect only what is necessary for the purposes described in this policy.

We use personal information to:



• Create and manage your account and provide platform access
• Deliver the features and services you request
• Provide support and respond to inquiries
• Maintain platform safety and integrity, including investigating suspected misuse or fraud
• Improve platform performance and user experience
• Meet legal and regulatory requirements

We may disclose personal information in the following situations:

• Service providers who help us operate Untapped Talent
• We may share personal information with vendors that provide hosting, platform operations, analytics, or customer support services, only to the extent needed for them to provide services.
• Third party tools you choose to use through Untapped Talent
• Some users can access third party platforms through Untapped Talent. When you choose to use those tools, we share the minimum information needed to enable access, as described in Section 9.
• Legal, safety, and compliance
• We may disclose personal information if required by law, to respond to lawful requests, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, CCRW, and the public.

Where required, we seek meaningful consent for the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information. You can:

• Choose what optional information you provide
• Request access to your personal information we hold (see Section 12)
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Withdraw consent for optional marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails, or by contacting us

Some users access learning through Absorb LMS. Access uses single sign on, and an Absorb LMS user account is created using:

• Email address
• First name
• Last name
• The CCRW funding program the user accessed through CCRW (as a profile attribute used for the learning experience)

Some users access Jobscan through Untapped Talent. To enable access and support coaching, we share:

• First name
• Last name
• Email address
• The CCRW coach assigned to the user

Some users access eSkill through Untapped Talent. When you use eSkill, the provider processes information in accordance with its privacy policy. For more information, review: eSkill Privacy Policy.

All users can access our community forum hosted on Circle. To provision your forum profile, we share:



• First name
• Last name
• Email address

Your forum activity and content are processed through Circle’s services. For more information, review Circle’s privacy notice: Circle Privacy Notice.

We also maintain community guidelines to support respectful participation in the forum.

Untapped Talent uses Stripe to process payments. When you make a payment, your payment information is collected and processed directly by Stripe. CCRW does not store full credit card details. Stripe processes personal information in accordance with its own privacy policy.

Untapped Talent uses Formcrafts to build and manage forms on the site, such as contact and inquiry forms. Information submitted through these forms is processed through Formcrafts and stored within CCRW’s Salesforce environment for the purposes described in this policy.

We use ActiveCampaign as a marketing automation and email communications tool to send optional updates such as announcements, resources, and event invitations that you choose to receive.

Opt in and choices

Marketing emails are optional. If you opt in, you can choose what information to provide. You can withdraw your consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us.

Provider policy

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.

For transparency, Untapped Talent already publishes retention language in at least one related policy, stating that policy versions are retained for three years after expiry. You may choose to align privacy policy version retention similarly.

• Access to personal information we hold about you
• Correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
• Information about how your personal information is used and disclosed
