This webinar will explore the CCRW Toolkit: Onboarding, which highlights practical strategies and tools to create inclusive, accessible and supportive onboarding experiences for employees with disabilities. We will cover the key stages of onboarding - from the negotiation period through to post-hire follow up - emphasizing transparent communication, accessible materials, accommodation planning, and continuous feedback.
