CCRW creates more accessible opportunities by working with others, building skills, sharing ideas, and changing how people think about disability and work. Untapped Talent was created as a space for employers and job seekers with disabilities, regardless if they are a part of CCRW's programs, to be able to connect and access resources that will support them on their accessibility journey.
