Untapped Talent exists to support employers with making their workplaces inclusive as the potential next workplace for these job seekers and to support these job seekers in finding employment.
Untapped Talent is a free inclusive employment hub powered by CCRW, Canada’s leading organization on disability and work. Untapped Talent equips Canadian employers with the tools, training, and community to build disability confidence, connect with skilled job seekers, and create inclusive workplaces.
Employers can get access to free tools, guides and resources, exclusive ready to use templates, events and learning opportunities, self-directed accessibility assessments and a community of peers.
Jobseekers with disabilities can use Untapped Talent to find inclusive job opportunities across Canada, and access resources for upskilling as well as to aid their job search.
CCRW creates more accessible opportunities by working with others, building skills, sharing ideas, and changing how people think about disability and work. Untapped Talent was created as a space for employers and job seekers with disabilities, regardless if they are a part of CCRW's programs, to be able to connect and access resources that will support them on their accessibility journey.
