Our Disability Confidence Training helps employers, leaders, and teams build the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to create accessible and inclusive workplaces. Rooted in our mission to promote and support meaningful and equitable employment for persons with disabilities, this training equips participants with practical strategies, evidence‑based insights, and a clear understanding of disability and work across every stage of employment.
Built from the nationally developed Disability Confidence Toolkit and shaped in collaboration with the disability community, it empowers organizations to reduce the persistent employment gap, remove barriers, and strengthen their capacity to hire, retain, and support talent with disabilities.
What will I receive after the training?
When you complete the training you will receive our Disability Confident Leader Digital Badge. This badge is valid for three years and will be issued through Credly.
If we're subscribed to Untapped Talent, is this a paid add-on?
Businesses who are subscribed to Untapped Talent receive licenses to our Disability Confidence Training as a part of their package. They can also purchase additional licenses at a discounted rate.
