The goal of this scenario is to help the learner become more confident discussing accommodations with their employer.

This scenario happens from the point of view of the employer. As the employer you are speaking with an employee who is sharing they have a disability. In this scenario you practice active listening and taking a disability confident approach to disclosure and accessibility supports.

Nosy Co-Worker

This scenario happens from the point of view of an employee speaking with a co-worker. Your co-worker is asking questions about an accommodation that you have. Your goal is to redirect the conversation away to a place you're comfortable with. The goal is to help the learner become more confident with navigating conversations related to workplace accommodations from their co-worker.

Accommodation Check-In

This scenario happens from the point of view of the employee. As the employee you are having a check-in meeting with your employer to discuss how effective an accommodation is. The goal is to build the confidence of the learner so that they are comfortable discussing how an accommodating is working out or not.
