This assessment reviews your organization’s policies support accessibility and the inclusion of workers with disabilities. From this assessment, where gaps are identified, you'll be provided resources for the development and review of organizational policies for accessibility.

Culture, Engagement, and Education

This assessment reviews your organization’s policies and practices for encouraging the active participation of interested parties, especially workers, in the establishment, implementation, and maintenance of employment best practices. From this assessment, where gaps are identified, you'll be provided resources for improving the workplace culture and engaging your team.

Recruitment, Hiring, and Onboarding

This assessment reviews the first phase of the employment life cycle. It assesses the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of workers, or prospective workers, with disabilities. From this assessment, where gaps are identified, you'll be provided resources for recruitment, evaluation, and onboarding.

Retention and Career Development

This assessment reviews your organization’s policies and practices that strengthen job retention and career advancement for all workers, with a focus on workers with disabilities. From this assessment, where gaps are identified, you'll be provided resources for performance management and career development.

Development and Maintenance of an Accessibility Support System

This assessment reviews your organization’s policies, processes, and programs for the development and maintenance of an Accessibility Support System, with the term accessibility support used synonymously with accommodation. From this assessment, where gaps are identified, you'll be provided resources on accommodations.
